How to ride a horse in show jumping


Show jumping, or jumper, this course is designed to test the ability of horse and rider to ride accurate but fast. Barriers can include vertical jump, jump spread and combinations of two and three with many twists and turns and changes direction. On this occasion I wanted to post about How to ride a horse for exercise.
Riding horses has long been considered good practice not only for the horse, but for the rider as well. Riders who use core muscles to maintain a seat on horseback. Sitting in the saddle correctly, using leg muscles to communicate with horses, deep breathing and attitude to serve all to strengthen the body core and improve cardiovascular health.
